You may have noticed our new feedback forms at the Issue and Information Desks in the library. They are waiting for your comments, views and suggestions. Help us improve our customer service; let us know what you think of our e-books and other resources. Do we have enough books in your subject area? Or indeed anything else you want to let us know about.
If something has happened to you in the library, or there’s something you think we could do better, we want to know about it. You have the option to enter your details if you want the librarian to get back to you, or you can leave that section blank. Drop the form back to us at one of the library desks, or into one of the suggestion boxes.

BSOL down
The database British Standards Online is down at the moment. We're working on the problem and will let you know when it's up again. Don't forget you can also access standards through the database IHS.
